2019 Censure & Sanction Statements

The AAUP's Committee A on Academic Freedom and Tenure has recommended to the AAUP's annual meeting that censure be imposed on St. Edward’s University and Nunez Community College. The AAUP's Committee on College and University Governance has recommended that the administration of Vermont Law School be sanctioned and that sanction be removed from Idaho State University. Below are the recommendations of the committees to the annual meeting and the original investigative reports on cases at these institutions.
