Actions on Student Financial Aid

As part of our broader push to reform the way higher education is financed, the AAUP joined nearly 1,200 organizations in calling on Congress to help bring an affordable, high-quality college education within reach for all students by doubling the maximum Pell Grant. See the letter. 

We also signed on to a letter with the National Education Association and other unions asking the Department of Education to keep the promise of Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for public service workers. See the letter.
